Quincy ma hookup

If you are looking for a quiet place where you can sit outside and relax There are no sewer hook-ups here. When you check-in they will provide you with one free pass and a map to the county sewer department one mile away where you can dump. If you have a large coach like us and the county sewer department still has construction going on, don't attempt to go here.

At the county sewer department there's a long road back to where the dump station is and as you reach the end of the road, there is 'no place' to turn a big coach around. Plus, the dump would be on the wrong side of your unit.

We had to back our coach all the way out, find a place to turn around, then drive backwards all the way back to the dump site. If you have a tall coach you will smash your roof and side-walls because of the trees on the property. You have been warned! We stayed at site It had water and electric and they were in good working order. The park it is mostly public , is lovely.

There are two areas for camping - on grass or in a paved parking area. We did not use the facilities as we had our own. There is no dump station in the park. There was one available for use down the road. We were given a pass to use it. They also don't allow ground fires. You would need a raised fire bowl.

My only disappointment was with a few inconsiderate campers and their guests. I'm not at liberty to say more. I could imagine this place being lovely mid week.

It was very close to attractions in Salem. Good campground, with some quirks. That said, it's a great location to camp with simultaneous views of an asphalt parking lot looking in and great waterfront views looking out. We happened to be right beside the boat ramp and took regular amusement in watching folks back their boats poorly down the ramp.

While we used our own bathroom, I used the public restroom a couple of times and found it quite clean Our power and water were on the wrong side of the coach and it took 2 water hoses to reach. Not all are like that, but many utilities are oddly placed.

Why should you choose Meetville?

The dump site is down the road at the sewage treatment plant. The dump requires driving in, turning around, and coming back to the dump station. They have construction going on in the plant with dumpsters and other things blocking the route We had to back out and execute a full 3 point turn with trailer to get out. It took us 45 minutes; Never again. I think smaller trailers and Class A's and Class C's could make it, if you are comfortable with backing. The folks in the office were very nice.

During our 5 days we saw gulls, comerants, squirrels, a woodchuck and a skunk! The skunk was under our rig and the dog flushed it after midnight, but the dog was on a leash and we stopped him from catching the skunk A fog often rolls in overnight and early morning walks are glorious. Clean, well kept sites with lots of friendly service. I felt the weekend rate was high but once you see all the Patriot fans roll in you can understand the premium. Very large park, gravel roads and large gravel spaces many with concrete patios. Spaces are very open with lots of room.

Several pools including an indoor pool. They lead you to your space. Number code must be used for incoming or going out. Very high water pressure , must have a regulator. Nice roads inside park. Nice easy access roads to get to park. Many spaces are open enough for satelite but many are surrounded by trees their site map is very accurate showing the trees. We had an excellent experience. This is one of the top 5 campgrounds we have ever stayed in, and we have been full timing for 12 years. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly as it was our first time in the area, and we had several questions.

Simple but nice campground. Located off base across the runway from the base.

Redfin Estimate for 105 Forest Ave

No reservations accepted, but there were always open spots the week we stayed. Part of the campground is in the trees and part is out in the open. We were in an open spot so no problem getting satellite. TMobile coverage is good with fast speeds. There is a laundry available. Airplane noise until later at night, understandable as you are right next to the runway. Great base to tour the area from. We have stayed here before and would again if in the area.

Very helpful host; he helped us get into our site and gave us a lot of info about the local area. Nice laundry facilities although no quarter machine and a book exchange. The Famcamp is first come, first served no reservations , but we had no problems in October. Plenty of spots available, even for our big Easy to navigate to the park, as well as the interior roads.

You have your choice spots with plenty of tall trees overhead, or in wide open areas. Excellent value in a great location. This is a rather large and wooded campground. We stayed in the 'H' section which is somewhat removed from the main campground. This area had many seasonal sites, but no park models. They were noisy, but not loud.. There was a lot of golf cart traffic. On the map this looks like all pull-thru sites, but due to the grade, many are only back-in. After leaving the paved road, the interior roads were bumpy gravel.

Our site was relatively level, but was a gravel and mud. It was camper appreciation weekend so we got a free night. The utilities were located in the center of the site, but because we had to back to the rear of the site to park the car, they were far forward. The sewer was at the rear. Water pressure was quite high psi according to the camp map , so a pressure regulator is a must. The voltage was a strong v, but did occasionally drop as low as v. The cable TV had a good selection of stations. The Wi-Fi was good, but occasionally slow. The area we were in had a lot of pleasant smelling pine trees A nice campground close to Plymouth and Cape Cod.

The area between the sites is uneven and muddy. This is a really nice, well-organised park. The staff were very friendly and we had no problem changing our reservation to an earlier date when we found ourselves ahead of schedule.
