Willy, ay nagkaroon ng iringan ukol sa "pabagu-bagong" pamumuno at mga "mali-maling doktrina" sa samahan ng MCGI katulad ng paninikluhod sa silangan tuwing mananalangin, at ang pangingilin ng Sabbath. Sa mga lokal naman ay ang mga Manggagawa na nangangalaga sa kapakanang pang-espirituwal, gaya ng Pasalamat, Pulong Panalangin, Pagsamba, Doktrina, at pag-aaral ng Bibliya.
Ang Pangkalahatang Tagapaglingkod na tinatawag noon na Tagapangasiwang Pangkalahatan ang siyang sumusubaybay sa lahat ng gawain ng samahan at nagpapatupad ng mga alituntunin at mga proyekto. Ang Katulong na Sanggunian sa Pamamahala ang siyang nakatalaga sa pagsusubaybay sa mga Dibisyon ng samahan Ang Dibisyon ay kahalintulad ng isang rehiyon sa Pilipinas.

In the same year, congregations were established in Ghana, West Africa as a result of a series of Bible studies in Africa. The early months of saw the Church introduced in Latin America.
