This subject must have taken the author many years to research. I am grateful to have the results presented in a single book. Now, struggle is optional. One person found this helpful. I read this like twice. Very scientific and useful. Not a huge fan. I love this book.
It definitely provide some very useful insight and gave me some very valuable tools. I feel like some questions I have had for years have been finally answered. I also like that unlike in other books I've read, she acknowledges that what she is saying applies in most cases, but that there are exceptions. For example, in the chapter where she talks about differences between the sexes, she readily acknowledges that she is covering the ninetieth percentiles, the majorities The books I have read in the past that discuss differences between sexes, fail to mention this piece of information, which is unfortunate since I quickly realize that most of what being mentioned does not describe me at all or some of my friends either and any credibility in what the author has to say is lost.
