Any person needing reasonable accommodations can make arrangements by calling the zoo office at or e-mail us at least 72 hours before your visit. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the main entrance. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards at the admission gate, gift shop, and concession stands. Sorry, only tokens are accepted at zoo rides. Tokens may be purchased at token machines located throughout the zoo.

Boo at the Zoo is rain or shine. In the event of rain, some activities may be delayed or cancelled. There will be food and beverage available for purchase during the event, but you are welcome to bring in outside food and drink. After dark, some areas may be scary for young children.
Festive Fun
Your event guide available upon entry will provide more guidance. Adults are welcome to dress for the occasion.
However, we do not permit adults to wear masks, clown outfits or scary costumes. All other costumes are up to Zoo security's discretion.
